We're recruiting new musicians

Happy New Year from all at LFRCB.

January is a great time to come along and blow the dust of your instrument! We're in the process of appointing a new Musical Director and we also have some vacancies within the band.

We're specifically looking for the following players to join our band:

• Clarinets

• Cornets/Trumpets

• French Horns

• Bassoon

• Euphonium

We never stop looking for new musicians, we welcome anyone, young or old and of any skill level, but you'll need to be able to read sheet music and be available to attend as many rehearsals and engagements as possible. Perhaps you've been playing for a while and want to start making music with others, maybe you used to play and have a new year's resolution to start again. Joining a band gives you the boost you need to want to keep getting better and along the way have some great experiences while making new friends. We are reigniting the twinning with our German Friends over in Neustadt this year and also have our yearly Remembrance trip to Belgium to look forward to.
